Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Product must not be damaged by misuse.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used shoe cleaning products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
